The main objective is to enable Canon users in Malaysia to purchase genuine/original items conveniently via the internet at best prices.
How do we know if the products are genuine/originals?
The owner of this business model is Mr Stanley Cheong who has been with Canon Marketing (M) Sdn Bhd since its inception in1987. He left in 1998 with the last held position being Deputy General Manager. His current other company M/s Stone-Mashe Sdn Bhd is a Canon Authorised Distributor. He has been known in the market as transacting only genuine/original products.

How do I place an order?

As it is inconvenient for me to bank in cash/checks for payment, can I opt for cash on delivery?

Can I not pay by credit cards?
Currently, we cannot accept credit cards. However we are working on this possibility
How would I know if you always have stocks on the items I request.
We keep ready stocks on all items listed in our Price Lists. It is very unlikely that the items you request are not available. For items flagged off "enquire stock availability", please write in to check first. They may probably be old/discontinued models; or very slow moving items. Nonetheless please write by email (buycanoninmalaysia@hotmail.com) to enquire.
Should the items I received turn out to be faulty, What should I do?
If the reason is due to the manufacturer's fault, please go to the nearest Canon branch for an exchange. You should be able to find a list of the branches in Malaysia in www.canon.com.my
I see currently, you only have ink/toner cartridges and some media products available. Do you have anything else in the pipeline?
Yes, the next items would include fax, printers, all-in-ones and multi-function machines.
